We are delighted to invite applications for an Associate Designer supported through the Weston Jerwood Creative Bursary 2020-22 programme.
Prime Cut recognise that there are fewer opportunities for people from lower socio-economic backgrounds to enter and maintain a career in the arts. It is important that the work we develop and produce is reflective of the whole of our society and the Prime Cut Core and Programme Team is representative of the wide range of communities we engage with. We are committed alongside the other organisations undertaking the organisational development programme through Weston Jerwood Creative Bursaries to ensure that inclusion and representation is at the core of our recruitment.
This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their artistic career, with experience in the workplace since leaving school, in any capacity. It is focused on people that have faced barriers to an artistic career because of their background or circumstances.
